Working well so far
I have to take a lot of nausea medication (Rx) and I saw these and thought, wow, yes why not. It is natural and I drink ginger tea for nausea, so why not have these on hand when thats not possible. Besides, getting off so many Rx is goal for me! Win-win! So far these have been working well, no side effects, no drowsiness like me Rx meds do. The only thing I dont like is that I have to take them with food and I do IF and I dont always eat, so I have to plan my dosage according to my meals. Not always a good idea if I get nauseous and Im not eating anything, but it is what it is. I can drink the tea at those times. I have other health issues besides nausea, thats a side effect of my issues. I look forward to seeing how the supplement works in the long term

Stomach aid
This item seems to help keep my stomach happy. Since I tend to suffer from nausea I look for anything that helps, and ginger fills the bill. Easy to take.

This Is Not Turmeric!
Someone here has obviously made the mistake of thinking this product was turmeric by stating the lack of yellow color. They've claimed the ginger root was a pale color. Ginger root is supposed to be a pale color, and more of a tan color. Because of this, they gave a bad review. I just wanted to set the records straight that this is Ginger root, and not Turmeric!
