I would never go without my Ginkgo Bilbao 120 mg a day every morning. It started in my 50's forgetting things. It drove me nuts. I found this vitamin and I won't go without it. I also use a littke store brand curry powder seasoning along with it. Curry powder is on the seasoning iale at the grocery store. I just use like an 1/8th of a teaspoon until I am use to it then maybe a 1/4 of a teaspoon to a pot of vegetable soup or a pot of spaghetti or minestrone soup. Once you are use to its flavor, I add it to my scrambled eggs. The combination of this seasoning and the Ginkgo Biloba vitamin will show results in the first 24 hours to improve the brains function. All I can think of is combination of the vitamin and the combination of all the spices in the curry powder stimulate the brain. My mom was in her eighties and she tried it and then went and told all her friends.
