Ginkgo Biloba
As I got older, especially during and after menopause, I decided to try Ginkgo Biloba, especially after reading that it would help with memory issues. Both me and my significant other use it daily and know it helps us.

Ginkgo Biloba
I have been using Ginkgo Biloba for a couple of years. Nothing bad to say about it. Just hope it does have a positive effect. Know it doesn't hurt. I take a slew of vitamins and minerals, including antioxidants. Hope they help. I am pretty healthy at 65! Fingers crossed.
