Puritans Pride Lutein 6 Mg with Zeaxanthin Softgels, 200 Count

My ophthalmologist recommended that I take Lutein. Since I have used Puritan products for about 20 years, for all of my other vitamin and herbal needs, of course I ordered them. The pills are coated and very small, and easy to take.

Use this for years. Just need minimum amount and found this seems to act better than other brands with higher amount Lutein

Walmart is the only place that carries Lutien 6mg. I rely on Walmart.

I LOVE this product! first of all, I did research and it turns out for eye health doctors recommend 6mg daily of lutein to maintain eye health. I'm 36. Before I took this product, my vision was getting noticeably blurry in one eye, and I saw floaters all the time (so annoying). But after a few days of taking this product, my floaters are gone, and my blurry vision eye had decreased much. THIS IS NOT A MIRACLE PRODUCT. My eye health was lacking so i started a supplement. Simple. The value is great. you only need one pill a day, and while I don't remember the price (maybe $10 or $11), you definitely get your money's worth. 200 pills in a bottle. one a day, that's more than half a year. So if you take this product daily (recommended), you need to buy 2 bottles a year. Absolutely worth it to maintain your eyesight. For the entire year you are out only $22 at most. I highly recommend this product for it's value and results!

I take Lutein every day, as Macular Degeneration runs in my family heavily. But I had an added bonus. My eyesight improved a little. I am very happy with this brand. Works great! Just hopes it prevents or keeps Macular Degeneration at bay longer than it would have.
