Good product for a reasonable price

Since taking magnesium daily it has decreased my leg cramps when I do a lot of outside work. I was having increased cramps at night.

Have been using this product for years

My chiropractor told me that I needed to include Magnesium supplements in my daily maintenance, and I let my other Drs know that I take 1 a day.

I was experiencing serious leg cramps in the morning, and my doctor told me to take a magnesium supplement, 400 mg each night upon going to bed. I couldn't find 400 mg but ordered Puritans Pride 250 mg and took two each night (doctor said that was fine). Now I very seldom have leg cramps, and haven't had any cramps in the last month. They seem to work just fine.

Good product

I try to get my calcium from my diet for ease of digestion, but originally began taking calcium, magnesium and zinc at the suggestion of a chiropractor as they are supposed to work together to help decrease muscle stiffness. Buying the magnesium separately as my digestive system gets older.
