I've been using Phytosterol for many years. I was using the 2000mg size, but find this to be more flexible. Instead of taking one 2000mg size with my 2 largest meals for the day, I can now take one or even none depending on the size/contents of the meal. I usually end up taking 3 of the 1000mg size each day, but it varies. Works for me!

I just started taking this product 3 days ago so I'm going by faith. My doctor keeps telling me that I need cholesterol medication and I refuse to take it because I'm already taking BP meds and my diet is healthful. I'm looking forward to my next visit to proof him wrong! I was surprised that these capsules are so easy to swallow despite their size. The value for money is excellent in my estimation, if you compare with other manufacturers. Overall, I've always liked Puritan's Pride products. They work.
