Triple Magnesium Complex
I read in more than one health paper and magazine how taking only one type of Magnesium doesn't do the job of improving overall health. I was glad that Puritan Pride knows this too and provides Triple Magnesium Complex in one easy to swallow capsule, in one bottle so I don't have to buy 3 different products!

Does Not Contain Mg Glycinate
After further investigation I discarded these pills as Mg Glycinate is better used by the body. The Mg in the triple Mg complex has a very low bio available rate.
