A Senior Life Savior
As a senior my doctor suggested that I take Vit. D3. since I don't spend a lot of time outdoors in the sunshine. I was delighted to find a quality product in Puritan's Pride.

Vitamin D
My doctor's are concerned that my Vitamin D is a little low. This is any easy way to get it up to where they want it to be. Living at my altiude makes it tough to get enough natural Vitamin D, so this is a great, inexpensive way to do it.
