This is the best of the best oil filter if you take oil filtration very seriously. It's more expensive than the others because it's better than the others. You usually have to pick between high flow or good filtration when it comes to oil filters. This one does both.

Purolator oil filters were the 1st oil filter ever made! Have used this newer high- end Boss model in many of my vehicles the last 3yrs. I run them for 10k mis (designed for 15k max intervals) in my Ford F150 Platinum FX4 Ecoboost truck.. changing filter every other oil change (my oil change interval is 5k mis w/Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 full synthetic motor oil). So, safely getting 2- oil changes per 1- oil filter! Never exceed 15k mis

this is about the best oil filter on the market. i prefer it over kn filters. i didnt give it 5 stars because of the poor delivery by walmart. fedex put my package on my neighbors patio and i had to search to find it.

Ordered a Purolator Boss and received a Purolator One.

After eleven days after ordering, it hasn't arrived. Schedule for tomorrow after arrival dated has changed four times.
