Soft without being a hammock. Too cold so added the ⅜" wool fleece pad from our prior CalKing and now it's perfect. 4" taller than prior mattress which overpowers our room so I will shorten the foundation by 4" to get the bed back to proper height. Worth the hassle.

Very comfortable on trips, taken several time already including a cruise and absolutely worth it. I little septics at first due to the price but was gladly mistaken. I would recommend to anyone that has neck pains or just wants to feel little more at home when away.

Not cheap by any means, but one month into it, it's definitely worth it. I've been on the search for the perfect pillow for a LOOOONG time. I am a side sleeper and wanted something cushiony soft, but with some foundation/support. This is it! This pillow has some serious weight to it! Heavy as heck! I saw in the reviews some complaints that it went flat after some time and I'm hoping that's not gonna be the case. It's better earn its $200 price tag! I have paid that amount plus some for down filled pillows, thinking that was the answer, but they didn't fulfill my expectations. With the Purple pillow, I can find the sweet spot immediately and fall asleep so quickly. Also, I'm old. I started having hot flashes and this pillow hasn't contributed to that. I haven't woken up sweaty and that's a big plus also. I will come back to update if I find this pillow starts to disappoint me. I have high hopes though. For this price, it BETTER last a good while. I'm not real sure about cleaning it though. It's THAT heavy! Can't imagine what it would do to my washer with the added weight of water, it'd be impossible to balance it out in the machine. Just bite the bullet. If you don't like it, return it. But if you're looking for the same thing I was looking for, I think this will satisfy your bedtime needs.

I recently took the Purple travel pillow on a long domestic flight. It was incredibly comfortable - the support is just right without being too firm or too soft. I usually struggle to get any sleep on planes, but this pillow made a big difference. Another huge plus: it's small and compact, so it easily fit into my carry-on suitcase without taking up much space. No more awkwardly hanging a bulky pillow around my neck at the airport! Best of all, it stays cool. Some travel pillows get warm and uncomfortable after a while, but not this one. So I have pain in my feet from injuries and it gets really bad when I make regular long distance driving trips. I bought your pillow to put in the floorboard to prop up my left foot and I use the lumbar pillow under my right heel. Absolute comfort even after 10 hours on the road. I'm a Purple lover. I have the bed also.

It's definitely better than the pillows I usually have to sleep on when traveling. That said, I was hoping it would feel as good as my regular Harmony pillow but that is not the case. I think mostly the issue is the thickness. As a side sleeper I need the thickness that the normal Harmony pillow provides to keep my neck aligned. While the Harmony Anywhere gets close, it doesn't quite get all the way there. For the premium price, I was really hoping to have the same pillow experience but in a smaller package. Still, the pillows at hotels and such are usually terrible, so this is definitely an upgrade from that and I'll keep traveling with it.

I love my purple harmony pillow so much I travel with it. Then I saw they have the pillow in travel size - it's extra firm compared to the regular one, which is why I removed a star. I wish it was the same.

I was hoping to really love it but it's just okay. I may be getting more deep sleep but still not sleeping long enough. I thought it would be softer but it's not a lot different than my hard memory foam. The lady I chatted with talked me into getting the Purple Plus because she said it was softer than the original. My son's original is much softer. I didn't want to go through all the hassle to exchange it. Really not worth the price. On the other hand, I absolutely love the Harmony pillow. I bought the travel size also so I can take it with me.

Many reviews state how great this pillow is, and it is a very good pillow—at first. The problem is the latex core goes flat after a while. And while you can warranty the pillow for a year, once that year is up, Purple will not provide you, or even sell you, a new core. I have not found any replacement cores online, so once the it flattens, you're out a pillow and $200.

I don't know who this pillow would be good for. It's small. (They call it travel size.) It's super thick and creates a large gap between my neck and the bed. This was a free with purchase pillow and I won't be using it.
