Great quality product. Received the product and needed to replace the cap because it had a crack in it. Received the new cap and hardware within a week. easy to replace. June was very helpful and understanding. She even followed up with me to ensure satisfaction.

I bought the 10' umbrella and it's a perfect fit to give some shade to my back patio It was surprisingly easy to put together (comes almost completely assembled, you just need to stand it up) and it's easy to open and close I made the additional purchase to get the weighted base and when filled with just water the umbrella can tip over if it's gusty, so if you get the base I highly recommend sand or gravel Really impressed by the support team here, too I worked with Hannah and she was able to get me an additional replacement canvas in a color that matched my other products from Purple Leaf 5/5 stars!

We purchased the 12x12 umbrella to go over a large square 8 person table Everyone gets shade and being able to adjust it allows us to block out the late afternoon sun The navy color is rich and the design seems to keep up with the wind The lift and tilt system is smooth operating The dogs have definitely taken to finding a spot in the shade while we are in the pool!

We purchased this umbrella to help shade the pool. It's big and does a good job. I will need to come up with something a little more decorative. All in all, it's nice and I would recommend.

Looks good and provides plenty of shade. It works as described and seems to be solidly built. Mechanism is sound and the beige color matched the picture on the website. Assembly would have been faster with clearer instructions, however.

The item was damaged under the umbrella
