The umbrella is beautiful and the process to have it assembled was perfect.
We wanted shade, and also the ability to screen the end of the swim spa from the neighbors By moving the umbrella down a couple holes, it provides excellent sun protection as well as a perfect screen of the neighbors yard The mechanism moves perfectly allowing us to rotate it 180 degrees to cover the lounge chars when needed Build quality and materials are excellent We used an in ground mount with an overkill of 360 pounds of concrete!
I love this umbrella! The quality of the product is outstanding and it is so easy to adjust the umbrella This is my second large purchase from Purple Leaf (previously an aluminum pergola) and I am very happy with these products

Damaged items replaced with incorrect items. Questions never answered by support staff.
Umbrella provides a great amount of shade but after purchasing a heavy base it is still wobbly. Small amount of wind makes it unstable. Fabric unfortunately is cheaply made and rips easily. Attempted to contact customer service for support and no assistance given.
I bought this umbrella with the base, it did not come on wheels. There is no way to move it without wheels. I ask to return this base. And all they did was send me a link to a 375 dollar base. That makes this umbrella over 600.00 dollars. I feel they dismissed me when I reached out. I would still love to return base and umbrella because of the total cost. Because I can't move it. So kinda of useless I spent the time effort and money. With a link from Walmart-seller. Disappointed
Item arrived dented. And it feels unstable in the lightest wind. The quality feels lower than another Purple Leaf we have owned for several years.
