Makes it available to those who can't buy fresh
They don't sell purple potatoes in any of our local stores, but I was happy to have found this. I added it to my lunch smoothie and it was really good. It doesn't have a strong flavor, so it did not change the overall taste of my smoothie, but just made it a lot more healthy for me. Very pleased with this product.

Purple Sweet Potato Powder, 3 Ounces
I got this for making pasta. To dye it. I got blue and green Spirulina, too. and I got red beet root powder. Thing is, my boyfriend died 2 weeks ago and I haven't tried it, yet. I will say it is pretty.

nutrition label not what is pictured
the nutrition label that is pictured is not what you get. you get a bag of people with a different nutrition label slapped on over it. apparently no vitamin A.
