You can spot it.
What a great price! It was so inexpensive I couldn't even buy the brushes for my other one for a better price. Maybe it was because it's red and people just don't want red. It came with so many brushes and works great. I love it.

Pulsating not rotsting
It simply vibrates. It does not have rotating bristles. Also, got blue not red.
