Gave the toothbrush as a surprise present to my husband after his Sonicare gave up working. He absolutely loves it. Now I have ordered one for myself. The absolutely amazing thing that caught my eyes was, it works all over the world and with world-travelers like ourselves that is definitely an advantage.
I researched the Pursonic line of products because I needed to replace my worn Sonicare toothbrush. The Pursonic S450 I bought was about $70 and includes 12 brush heads and a UV chamber to sanitize the used brush heads. The UV chamber holds four heads. Not only was the Pursonic a bargain compared to purchasing a new Sonicare, it honestly feels like it gets my teeth cleaner! Plus it has 3 function levels, high, low, and massage. There is a 30 second interval pause and beep so you can move the toothbrush to a different quadrant of your mouth during the two minute running cycle. It looks, performs, and feels like a high end sonic toothbrush for a bargain price. I have very sensitive teeth and receding gums and this toothbrush is gentle enough to clean my teeth thoroughly without pain. I highly recommend this Pursonic toothbrush.
I bought one at my dentist 18 years ago, and I paid 70.00. Won't make that mistake again..they saw me coming. But however, it sure did last a long time,, I like that the brush that is being used is being sterilized, Walmart pricing and free shipping is why I bought from them. Also with the extra brushes. 3 different speed. Love mine!
Love this thing. Wish I bought it a long time ago. In a week I noticed a definite improvement in the appearance of my teeth. Happy to have so many replacement heads. The last brush I had worked great for five years but I couldn't find replacement heads for it. Pricepoint for the quality is excellent.
My son wanted this to replace his Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush. It's only been a week but so far, he loves the sonic power, the on/off button isn't difficult to depress, the toothbrush head is long instead of round which he really wanted, and the cleaner is very nice. Getting the 12 replacement brush heads is such a bonus. For a budget electric toothbrush, this seems to be the way to go! I wonder about the Pursonic 700 series, if it may be better than this one but we couldn't be happier! Get the $4 warranty in case it breaks and you can't go wrong! Try it like we did...why not? It cleans your brush, has a bigger toothbrush, uses sonic function instead of rotation, has 3 speeds, and you get 12 free replacement heads! What could be better? We love it so far!
Like it very much. My last Pursonic lasted 8 years! Love this one better it has the sanitizing function! Highly recommend [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The directions say to unplug after each use and also not crimp the cord. You have this long cord getting the way of the use of the vanity sink. How does the UV light work if not plugged in?
Love the toothbrush set and extra replacement heads. Initially the brushing is a little more intense than I expected but I have sensitive teeth and can use the other two brush speeds. My mouth certainly feels cleaner after each brush session. Love the timer as well. Definitely a good buy.
I was advised by hygienist to get an electric toothbrush. This set, with 12 brushes and disinfecting feature seemed good for the price. It cleans well, and lets you know when each 30 seconds has elapsed, and then turns off at two minutes. As long as you're not determined to get a round/spinning brush or some other bell or whistle this one doesn't have, you should like the brush. I'm also hoping we don't have any trouble getting replacement brushes when the time comes, as well as wanting the battery to last a long time.
Just received our replacement in the mail. The cost to send and receive a new one is about 20.00 This is the 2nd one we have purchased. Not sure when we bought the first one but we think it worked around 1 year. Liked it so purchased another and it quick working after 10 months. We had kept all the info and sent it back and received a new one without any problems. We like it a lot! or I wouldn't have ordered another. Dentist says or teeth our great. We use this product along with a water pic.
