Great product!! We are stripping wall paper and this made it so much easier!! We also used it on exterior windows and it got off all the grime that glass cleaner couldn't.

I needed help with getting the top off after use. I then found out that you have to depresserise it. The customer service people were very nice on the phone, but, you have to wait for a call back from them.

I fix refrigerators and use this steamer to defrost them. It's the best steamer I ever had for this purpose. Just make sure you open it and let it dry after each use and it will work for years.

I'm using it to deep clean my apartment and it's cleaning things I never thought i could reach and corner I would have to use a tooth pick to get to. Love this product

this little steamer is good but it wasn't was what I needed it for it says that it helped got rid of fleas and stuff but carrying around it got too heavy as far as got tiring didn't give much of a flexibility to reach

I was delighted when I came across the PurSteam because earlier that day I was doing my research and one website stated it was the number one handheld steamer of the year . Not sure how they figured that out but I can assure you that it's not. The best thing about this steamer I would say is the pressure it produces and the accessories that are included . I have used many handheld steamers, and when I can put my hand in front of the steam that's being released and I don't move my hand away. That means that the steamer does not produce enough heat . So which, in that case I would declare it not to be a good recommended steamer. Nonetheless, it stopped working after about a month and a half.

I like this product, but I had some tough jobs I was hoping to get better results. This steamer is very versatile and has quality fittings and attachments.

I was disappointed in this steamer it is not easy to handle and it doesn't hold much water . if you are cleaning you have to stop and let it cool down to release pressure before refilling. Over all seems to be a hassle to use. I feel I wasted my money.
