I really like this neck pillow. The built-in manual pump is probably my favorite feature because I don't have to blow it up with my mouth, and it inflates pretty quickly. It's also very easy to deflate and folds down small enough to fit in my bag without taking up much space. The pillow is lightweight but still gives good support around my neck and helps keep my head from falling to the side when I'm sleeping on a plane or in the car. The fabric feels soft and comfortable against my skin, which is a nice bonus. I also like that I can adjust how firm it is by adding or releasing a little air. Overall, it's much more convenient than the bulky travel pillows I've used before. Definitely worth it if you travel often or just want something comfortable for long trips. 5 stars from me!

It's a pain to pump up and it takes a while. It is collapsible which makes it easy to transport or store. It also deflates quickly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it takes to long to pump it up.

This neck pillow was a lot smaller than I expected it would be. You do get quite a bit of comfort from the pillow, despite the size. It seems to be made of a good quality material that is very durable and easy to clean.

I appreciated the ease of the push-to-inflate feature on the travel neck pillow. It is soft and supports my neck. I would recommend this product.
