manual drain, spin drying side and agitator for washing on the other. takes up little space. power use is very little. easily fits a coutertop. this is my 2nd one. first one lasted 5 years. the reason it failed was my fault. walked away to deal with kids with water running. had to change the youngest poopie diaper. came back it was over flowing and shorted out the motor. doing a family of 7 clothes, sheets, towels and blankets. so id say thats heavy use. much more efficient on water and cleaning time. it is spin dry which gets out 99% of water, so use heat or hang dry the rest of way. i line dry, rainy days box fan pointed at tub rack. i do like the dryer rack frame that has a blower on it for drying, different brand product. cost us very low. since my friends have had to replace full size models expensive and they only lasted about the same time, i think its pretty good. great for an rv too if space is a problem.

It was easy to set up I thought it was a dryer and washer in one but its not either way it was worth what I paid for didnt take long for it to come only takes under 30 minutes to wash I love it

This is the perfect size for a small space and washes in load quickly and effectively, I've washed a dozen loads so far; the spinner leaves my clothes almost dry, just damp enough to last about an hour out in the sun before it's completely dry

I love how fast it washes my clothes! Although its small I feel like it better then nothing, Especially for someone who doesn't have a washer and dryer plug in at home.

This washer is great for 1-2 person apt. I have to set it in my shower to use do to drain hose not being long enough and fill it out of shower faucet. I have physical disabilities and have had this machine for over a year.

Great product for small (1 to 2 items regular size clothing) for a quick wash. Spin dryer is smaller than washing tub. All manual controls, nothing is automatic. Everything is plastic construction, although I am not sure about the interior motors. Spin dryer does make the unit “walk”, and rocks while coming up to speed and slowing down. Also, the unit must be raised up for draining, as it is a gravity system if you do not have a drain handy to your power outlet. However, it does what it is advertised for if you take the above into consideration.

Unfortunately, my machine arrived damaged, working fine but with a gaping hole in the bottom due to transport or storage damage. Something had broken through the box, styrofoam, and into the base of the machine breaking a large hole underneath it in the body structure. I also didn't see this until I had it a couple of weeks and turned it to put the rubber foot pads onto the base. Since it's working fine I'm not going to send it back but I'm not to know if this has somehow caused damage to the motor that may come to light later. Pity they don't take more care when delivering machine or tech items.

I think it was used but I paid full price. Greasy finger prints, bleach stains, and foam tape inside/outside item. Maybe the tape covered cracks? It works well. Delivered upside down.

I did not enjoy it at all !
