This was a beautiful guitar and it was just too small for as big as my granddaughter is so I had to refund it, but there was nothing wrong with it. It was beautiful.

So far happy with the purchase. It is a great size for my 8 year old and well made. It does not look for feel cheap. I would have preferred a little better packaging but otherwise happy with the guitar.

Good as far as sound and mechanics but the paint and appearance is below good. As far as for beginners is good but, the pictures and description of paint and appearance are not as good as seen or the description.

Nice guitar for kid or someone with small hands like me. I bought it for a travel guitar but have enjoyed playing it at home too. The nut was too high so I cut the slots deeper with a fingernail file. I used a capo on the first fret until I could file it. The intonation was off so I moved the saddle from the slot back between the strings and the bridge which improved it. The sound is pretty nice after I installed Ernie Ball classical guitar strings.

Unfortunately ours came with the neck busted. Other than that, it seems ok quality.

Upon receiving the guitar I tuned it and tried to play a few notes. For some reason, the notes sounded off. I bust out the tuning app and check and it turns out the strings are already out of tune. Ok let's try again. Tuned every string and double checked, everything sounds fine. I go back to try to play a few chords and again a few string sound off, in particular the E string and G string. I tune for a second time and lo and behold, after playing a few chords later, sounds start getting strange again. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
