Absolutely killer sound and waterproof too! Got mine on the boat and it blasts all day, no issues syncing either. Totally worth it!
I am very happy with the product!
My radio on my boat stopped working and I bought this to replace it. What I love about this was how easy it was to install on my boat. I installed my radio and it was a lot harder to install that one than this one. Once installed, I was able to connect it to my speakers and the sound is really amazing. With my speakers they have always had a clear sound but with the radio I bought for it, they weren't as clear. However, with this audio controller, my speakers have a clear sound again. I'm able to connect this to any device and I can play whatever music, listen to shows or movies and even answer calls all while on my boat. We have been using it as much as we can and even with some water getting on this, it still works.
So far this receiver is working like a charm. I paired this up with 4ea MB Quart NF1 6. 5"" 40rms speakers, and my pontoon sounds great. No connectivity issues across a mix of Apple and Android phones. Would recommend.
I wanted to compact size Bluetooth only stereo to mount outside on my sailboat and so far it's working great. I currently have it powering two speakers but it can do two more in the future and it gets them more than loud enough and still clear.
This marine audio controller is insane, loud and clear even with all the water messing around. Totally worth it!
Had a different Chinese pick style radio burn up on me but remembered I had this new in box for a different project. Swapped in my golf cart and jesus the start up noises and connection noises are stupidly loud. The volume and the skip are the same button which is a pain in the rear also. Im replacing the one in my cart with a different style and throwing this one away. I give it 3 stars because yes it does work but it is not ideal. If there is a way to mute it, please let me know.
Don't buy. Difficult to use controls. Volume buttons are very hard to use and they are part of the same buttons as the forward/reverse buttons. So it's easy to change what is playing by accident when trying to control volume, especially in a bouncy boat. It is also Bluetooth or USB connection only. There is no AM/FM on this unit. The remote control didn't work out of the box and the replacement I ordered didn't work either. Buy JBL, Boss, Rockford Fosgate, or Infinity.
No online support. No troubleshooting guide in the instructions. Tried calling but closed. Read reviews and have the same problem as many others. Pyle of junk! Cut a hole in my dash for this thing and spent hours trying to get it to work and I know what I am doing wiring stereos. This was for my golf cart. Should have spent more money the first time. Lesson learned!
Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Doesn't stay connected for more than 20 seconds at a time. The install (not this receivers fault) was very difficult so it won't be easy getting in to replace this POS. Would advise to look elsewhere.
