A good electric guitar starting point
The guitar kit arrived in perfect condition by FedEx and went together fine. My wife, the gift recipient, loves it. The guitar, being new, is taking a little while to stabilize on tuning but it's working out okay. The red color is nice. My wife's only complaint is that the little amplifier doesn't have "fuzz" settings, but I told her they will come when she learns how to play. Individual pieces of the kit can be upgraded in future as desired.

GIFT
I AM NOT SURE YET AS IT IS A GIFT FOR MY GRANDSON BUT I LOVED IT HOPEFULLY HE WILL TOO.

pleasantly surprised
I am a guitar player of 50 plus years so when I purchased this "starter kit" for my grandson I was sceptical to say the least. when I recieved the kit I was pleasantly surprised. the guitar was playable and tuned right up with no problems. the little tuning whistle was not very good but the guitar and and amp were more than adequate for a first time player of nine. at this price point I was very happy and will definitely buy another one for his little brother and recommend to my freinds. well done! big jon

Great quality for the price.
Great for beginners. The amp sound quality isn't great but my 10 year old is just starting out so it's fine. The guitar itself is great quality for the price. The carrying case came wrinkles with paint marks all over it and smelled like burnt plastic. We ended up throwing that away. Highly recommend ordering a stand to display!
