Recieved a open box item..working on installing it, waiting on supplies.. Should have sent it back..but so far two cameras , monitor mounted and are working. Will be mad if cameras can't be configured independently
Order came on time but after opening it I noticed I was missing the needed power cables. I contacted the manufacturer and it has now been over a month and I still have not received the power cables needed to install the system. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer!
I had clicked to buy this but the 'extras' (warranty $58) (expert help $99!) should be included IF it is a quality product (backed by a manufacturer with pride) THEN I read the only review. I just don't like the odds with this gamble.
