Unable to setup GPS even with the help of pro shop . Who do I call?

could not get it to power up I tried three different scar lighters and it would not power up I tried calling but no one answered so I sent it back

If you're looking for spectacular, it's not here.
The “GPS” navigation is non existent. Connects once via Bluetooth and you have to manually do it over and over. Will connects to an iPhone, but why other than taking calls which my car radio does already. Takes up more space on a cars dash and made more for an RV or diesel. I basically bought it for the navigation which is not in it. It shows satellite links, world sun map, speed and time. That's it. It's worth is not even close to the price paid. Ya live ya learn.
