Pyle Pro PDMIK1 Handheld Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone

I purchased this as a second mic for my grand daughter's Karaoke machine which was a birthday present for her. She is 5 and her brother is 2. They make awesome music together, and this sturdy mic takes all the abuse a 2 year old can dish out. At the clearance price, I should have ordered more than one!

I bought 3 of these for my 3 kids ages 9,7 and 2. They seem durable enough for them and are light weight and was at a great price. I wasn't looking for an expensive microphone for quality sound just something cheap for my kids to play with and this was perfect for them.

Great microphone for the price! I bought two of these microphones for my 2 and 7 year old to use with their karaoke machine. The day I received them I plugged them in and the kids began singing. As far as sound quality, I can't tell because my children are shouting in the microphones. I do have to admit the sound is loud! The microphones seem to handle abuse because my 2 year old drops, throws, and takes them apart. One of the microphones was put together wrong (by not lining up the prongs when the cord connects to the microphone, which made the prongs be pushed in), but I was able to pull the prongs back out and re-plug the cord to the microphone. So far no problems!

I would recommend these mic to any one who is having an outing and needing mics...they are great working with my little karaoke player...have a good crisp sound,,,

I was very surprised how well this microphone sounded and I really like the size and the price was less then $5.00!! I am very happy with this and plan on buying another one!!

I thought this microphone was AMAZING when I first purchased it for my daughters karaoke machine. Then it broke on the second day. The cord on it is very delicate, and I am pretty sure one of my neices or nephews may have just tugged on it too hard. Needless to say, it doesnt work anymore. But if you are VERY careful with it, it is a decent microphone.

We had it for about a week, using it moderately. I tried excusing it as my kids broke it but since I was right there with them using it, I honestly can not see how we broke it. I only paid almost $4 for it, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I would not order anything from Pyle. They have the worst customer service on the entire planet. They will send you something totally different than what you ordered, repeat the same thing trying to fix the problem then after 2 months of painful emails that are guaranteed to ruin your day, they basically tell you sorry about your luck. I couldn't imagine having to deal with them on a warranty. I have spent a ton of money on there products and I am here to tell you they don't care about their customers at all. They will never get another dollar from me and if you value your money I strongly suggest going with a different brand.
