Sound is not good, it does not sound good at high levels %26 its not that loud

Not working after little over 1 month.
Loved it the first 2 uses sort of. Worked okay when we could get the volume up, the radio tuned in or get it to connect to Bluetooth. But the bluetooth range is very short (like 8ft.) then it cuts out. The speaker will no longer stay on. There is a short internally. Turn it on and 5 seconds later just shuts off. Have tried to charge it multiple times with multiple chargers with no success. Already tossed the box. :( So can't return. Very disappointed.

Radio and bluetooth does not work took a year to get customer service to respond, now they are saying the device was purchased used.
