I liked that a new cassette player and recorder was even available! The communications from Walmart were really great and timely in keeping me posted on my order, shipping and delivery was the NEXT day! The control buttons on the player and recorder are a little stiff and require a good bit of pressure to engage them. Other than that, the player and recorder performs satisfactorily and the sound is good.

buy a reconditioned deck of good quality ...
front panel is a somewhat warped plastic like it was left in a car in a 110 degrees ! opening and closing decks are not feal friendly when you put the tape in ... deck 1 don't work when u use deck 2 .....................
