it'll work, I was worried but does great.
great comoact 12v source. good for CB base stations and other transceivers. you're not going to power anything huge, but it gets the job done at a great price. looking for compact...this will work

Great for RC chargers
This was a good replacement for my old Radio Shack brand charger that finally wore out. Works great for my RC chargers and Ham Radio chargers. I may buy another one.

Worked great...for a few days
This worked great for a few days, then died. Fuse is still good, light still comes on, but no power output. In all fairness, this happened after a power surge from a motor that locked up, so it may actually be a good unit for a lot of applications. For my application, I probably need one with higher amperage.

Overheats easily - Poor workmanship
This PSU overheats with ease at about 3 amps steady current (I checked with two different meters) although it is rated at 5 amps (<60% stated capability). Heat sink is way too small to dissipate the heat. It does have an overheat thermostat which could be set too low as part of the problem. Also had a poorly tightened output terminal that after a few turns came loose so I had to open it up to fix it. Poor mfg. quality and a slam on the Pyramid brand. They can send me a call ticket and a better PSU to replac it and have it back for QC testing.

I never received it due to carrier issues. I wouldn't know how the product is as again never got it.
