Good product!

Stacy July 16, 2017

We purchased this for our rotational deworming. Its is easy to give, and the horses can't spit it out because it is so pastey. (Is that even a word?)

Wormer-tastic!

Livingthedream July 13, 2010

You'd think after all these years my boys would stop running from the wormer - well now they might! My daughter, who wormed them with the Apple Flavored Pyrantel, said even the pony liked it! They didn't throw their heads, and appeared to enjoy it - well, as much as one would enjoy wormer! This is a welcome addition to our wormer rotation schedule!!

Great price

denise December 6, 2009

I went to our local feed store and looked at a generic pyrantel apple flavored paste and it was over $6. Since I was getting ready to place a smartpak order I decided to see what they had and i found this. The price was much better. My horse who is very hard to worm gave me little problems with administering this product.

Nice product at a great price!

SunnyinSC February 16, 2010

This product is just as effective as the competition but costs much less. The apple flavor reduces the waste my horse usually tries to 'spit' out. Also, since it is a gel, it seems to be swallowed easier than the pastes. It is nice to save money while protecting my horse's health!

Good Product, Good Price

lovemymare August 15, 2010

What can you say about wormers--they are what they are. This ivermectin was a good price. Seemed to be more palatable than others. My thoroughbred mare got it down without protest, though she is usually easy. My Percheron mare ate every drop mixed with her feed and cocosoya oil. She will eat almost anything with cocosoya oil. I do think it is a bit more tasty than many other wormers, as they both took it without hesitation.

Excellent Value

USCGMom January 6, 2010

Product was easy to use, and very economical. I checked with my vet before purchasing, as I am sometimes worried about generics being as good as brand names. He gave the go ahead; spending a few dollars vs. spending over ten dollars per dose of wormer makes a lot of sense to me! My horse is easy to paste worm, but the apple flavor seemed to make it more plesant for her.

Great Apple Flavor

krzykara January 19, 2010

Love the fact it is apple flavor I just know my horses really appreciate that. Its a nice change in between those yucky tasting ones. I think it helps when they don't get the bad taste every time. Makes it easier to deworm the next time. At least that way they don't always expect it to be foul tasting.

Good Buy

JessicaL December 17, 2009

Like many of us I have dewormed my horses several times each year and always try to rotate products. This time I chose the "apple" flavor pyrantel pamoate because I had great success with the apple flavored Ivermectin (same brand). This one was not quite as well received, both of my horses still kind of made that 'ugly face' and made half-hearted attempts to spit it out. But, compared to non-flavored varieties, this was much better. I will continue to use the flavored ones whenever possible because they seem to make a less-than-tasty event a little more bearable!

I ordered Ivermectin several weeks ago it took over a week just to ship it I'm very upset about this every time I look at the shipping it says its going to take longer than expected again it has had a new shipping date 5 times now it says it's still in California I live in tennessee so I'd assume i won't have it anytime soon I could have gotten it from China twice by now this is really crazy
