I use these in my lunch bag %26 has been very great so far. Will see how many uses I actually get. The information states a year. But they definitely keep you food hot

A Great Convenience to any Home.
This is the handiest item for me. I can either heat or freeze it. It fits perfectly in my casserole carrier. Also, if I have an aching back it can be used hot or cold. Great product.

A great replacement for older heat pads that were completely worn out . The new one works as promised keeping my carry out dishes warm or cold as promised.
