I use these in my lunch bag %26 has been very great so far. Will see how many uses I actually get. The information states a year. But they definitely keep you food hot

A Great Convenience to any Home.
This is the handiest item for me. I can either heat or freeze it. It fits perfectly in my casserole carrier. Also, if I have an aching back it can be used hot or cold. Great product.

Happy with my hot pad
This is the best thing I was able to find to replace my worn out one I had years ago . The size is perfect and it kept the food HOT for a couple of hours Love it.
