Correct replacement
It was a replacement for a lid that I had accidentally put in the microwave. Since I had the model number of the bowl, replacing it was simple. It had been a few years; I wish I'd thought of it earlier.

A Great Find
Awhile back I found a Pyrex bowl in one of my kitchen cabinets that must have been left by the former owner. This replacement lid is a perfect fit. I love the color and this color is different from the covers on my other bowls so it is easily distinguished. Having a tight-fitting lid has made this bowl much more useful. It is in my refrigerator right now holding leftover chicken salad that I made.
