I lost 168lbs through the Keto diet and using this product as a sugar substitute. This product can be considered pricey but it's organic compared to regular sugar. Pay up now and possibly avoid paying later by consuming regular sugar regarding your health. A little goes a long way. It's sweet, no aftertaste for me and has very little cooling effects for me unlike other sweeteners.
