Q-tips Cotton Swabs 1750 Count

I can't believe you guys dropped your quality expectations so low! Q-Tip has always been my family's go-to cotton swab. This last box I bought feels just like a cheap knock-off. While trying to clean my ears, the stick bends and does a horrible job. PLEASE bring your product back to the top-quality it had been for decades! I knew you cut back the cotton portion some time ago and that was one thing, but to make the stick so flimsy is such an immense disappointment.

I am extremely annoyed that a trusted company has given up on quality to save some money. I have been a long time customer and have noticed the change. The cotton swab is not as full and the sticks are very weak. I have tried store brand cotton swabs in the past to save money, but the quality of them was terrible. Unfortunately, now the Qtip brand is no better than your competitors. Personally, I would have preferred to pay more for the original quality than have the product altered to a flimsy product. At this rate, I might as well purchase the competitor brand to save money.

Terrible quality-- can no longer justify the q-tip brand over other products. There have been some products where I am brand loyal and q-tip was at the top of the list. Over the last year the quality of qtips has been terrible- flimsy, comes apart easily, wound loosely instead of a reliably wound bud that would not unravel. I don't even know where to begin, but I can say that the quality is on par with knock-off brands. I can't even tell the difference between qtip and store brand at this point. Disappointing. If I took time out of my day to write a review about this, it must be a pretty big change in quality.

I have used Q-tips all my life. But recently the quality of the product has slipped. The amount of cotton at each end of the swab has been reduced so much the swab is no longer absorbent, and the stick is too flexible. Why the heck did you change a good product??? Guess I need to find another brand😫!

Horrible. You know it's bad when you are online a review about cotton swabs! I am not sure what has happened to the quality of Qtips swabs but this ain't it. Barely any cotton the sticks. These swabs look mal-nutritioned. At this point, you are just gearing yourself for a lawsuit when someone injures themselves with a poorly manufactured swab. Using these sticks is tantamount to shoving something sharp around your ear canal.

I have always used Qtip swabs I am 73 and loved them. BUT.... the quality of the swab stick now is FLIMSY! I cannot use it in the many ways I used to. Even after showering and wiping out ears the swab folds in half. EXTREMELY disappointed in the DROP IN QUALITY. Go back and fix the swabs to their original strength.

This product has really gone downhill. I can't believe that you can't even use the q-tip without it bending. They used to be sturdy where you could use them without the whole q-tip bending over. They should go back to making them cardboard instead of paper so we can actually use them efficiently. I'm now looking for a brand that doesn't bend with little pressure when I hold it, hopefully I'll find a brand that was similar to the way q-tips used to make their q-tip.

The swabs in my latest box of Q-tips are NOT like the nearly 100 or more boxes I've purchased before! The cotton tip has shrunk significantly! The Q-tip is no longer soft and comforting! The swab feels painful like any generic plastic stick brand. I plan on pointing this out to anyone else who'll listen. Why pay for the Q-tip name anymore when there is no value in it?

Used to be a product that I only bought name brand because the other brands were cheap and the sticks were flimsy. Now I don't think it even matters. Might as well buy the cheap ones because Q-Tip brand has joined them in producing crap products. Should have written this review sooner or emailed the company years ago. It's boon happening for far too long.

I have been buying and using this brand of cotton swab For most of my life, I am 56. The last couple of times that I've purchased I've noticed the stick isn't as thick or stable as it used to be. I confirmed this when I found a travel case of them that I had. Now, I may as well save some money and buy the cheaper brands, as that is what these have become. Very disappointed. Why all of a sudden would you change them now? How much money are you saving by disappointing your consumers??
