This was the easiest thing I've ever built. All the parts were here. And most of it was already build. You just have to put the latches, and the bottoms on. It took me maybe 15 minutes and that only because I was trying to find the right bits for my husbands drill haha. It seems really sturdy and my son is so excited to use it! I'm very happy with this product and will be recommending it to friends and family. I'll do an update review after a few months of use.
I totally recommend this. It comes fully assembled save the feet and crossbars which require a few screws which I was able to put in without power tools. There are three strips of non-slip tape on the platform that do their job well. There is a space to screw down the platform which makes it impossible to fold up, so I simply left that screw off. The sides have latches and the platform sits very flush and sturdy so I have no safety concerns not using that screw to hold the platform down (just meaning keeping someone from manually lifting it up). It's smaller than some of the other towers I've see. At friend's homes, but I don't need it to hold more than one child at a time. I love the safety crossbar at the back, it has kept my 18 month old from tumbling out when she crouches down more than once. I can finally cook now. Before I always had to carry her or she would be wrapped around my legs. Now I set her in the kitchen helper at the counter or sink and she will happily play while I get things done! So so happy with this purchase. It's not quite as thick and glossy as some of the more known brands but I am on my last kid and it will absolutely function and last us through the 4 years or so she would need it. We call my dad ‘Mr. Safety' and he's totally fine with it.
This is perfect for my 20 month old. Was easy to assemble and is the perfect height for our kitchen island. Love that it can fold and the price was great.
Great purchase. My son loves being part to the dinner making process.
I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. My husband assembled it and found the directions font to be very small. It took awhile to study the directions but once he sorted the parts and understood the process it was easy enough to assemble. We found the screw that secures the platform to be useless. If you install it, the unit cannot be folded¡which is the reason I bought this model. A latch would be a better option but we just left the screw off and the step is still very stable. My daughter loves the stool because it folds compactly and my granddaughter (15 months) loves standing at the counter. I was also pleasantly surprised that one of the side bars has a latch to retract the bar so she can climb up on it when she is a little older.
We just got it but we love it already. Our 17 month old wants to be picked up all the time now and this tower comes in so handy where he can see what we're doing in the kitchen and "help" out a bit. Product was easy to assemble and sturdy enough for my 30lb son. Go get this one!
We use this everyday - multiple times. We have a small kitchen so the storage feature is awesome. You just don't screw in that last screw for the platform and it folds easily.
My granddaughter likes and climbs easily up and down
love the tower but directions are misleading. This tower does not have availability to fold once the screw has been tightened on foot plate.
This does require some assembly which they don't say in the description. The directions are AWFUL and I basically just had to figure it out myself. I tried to call for help and got a message that said no one could take my call and to call back later. Later? Later today? Monday? After Covid is over? Who knows. I was about to return it when I realized the problem was that they had mislabeled the screws. A big reason I got this one besides the fact it was cheaper is that I have a small kitchen and it said it's foldable and I wanted one I could tuck away when I wasn't using it. This one is foldable but only if you unscrew a screw everytime, not exactly convenient. There's nothing added to make it nonskid despite what it says in the title. It is cute and looks pretty sturdy and I can't afford the $200 ones so I'll keep it and hope for the best.
