This a motion sensor alarm I bought after squirrels caused $10k damage to my car. And no, insurance didn't total it. I charged the alarm indoors then placed it outdoors near the ground where the squirrels would set it off. It flashes red and loudly barks and sounds like a gun and alerts when it senses motion. So far it is very effective. its solar charge has kept up with the use. it has been snowed on and rained on and still works great. Hopefully my neighbors don't hate me. If the squirrels do then I don't care. I haven't had any issues with leaves setting it off, however I was at the door yesterday when it went off so I chased a squirrel with a 5ft pool noodle... he outran me.

I've had a pool installed on my property and was told I needed an alarm for entry of the pool area, This alarm is so fun and it works well

NOT WORTH IT
Would not stay charged by the sun or plugged in. Maybe made noise for a week.

The instruction were not real clean on how to set the thing up. They need to explain it better on how to turn the thing off,
