The grip is decent, could be better but it works. It extends quite long. It has a sizing feature so you can adjust for different phone sizes. It comes with a detachable remote which zoom in and out does NOT work with IPhones but supposedly does for Android. I don't like that it doesn't have a better hand grip for when using it as a selfie stick. It works good as a tripod and you can move it many different directions.

Great Value, Super Convenient, and Surprisingly Sturdy I recently got the QiShi 40" Bluetooth Selfie Stick %26 Tripod, and it has quickly become one of my favorite accessories for both travel and everyday use. For something so lightweight, it feels solid and well-built. What I love: Smooth Extension: The 40" reach is great for group selfies, overhead shots, and filming content. It locks securely at every level and doesn't wobble like cheaper sticks. 2-in-1 Functionality: The ability to switch between selfie stick and tripod mode instantly is incredibly convenient. The tripod legs open smoothly and feel stable—even outdoors. Reliable Bluetooth Remote: The remote paired to my phone in seconds and works from a good distance. No lag, no random disconnects. Universal Phone Grip: The holder fits my phone (with case) snugly without feeling like it's going to snap off. It rotates easily for vertical or horizontal shooting. Great for Content Creators: Perfect for TikTok, reels, YouTube shorts, Zoom calls, and tripod selfies. It's compact enough to throw into a bag. What could be better: The tripod is sturdy for phones, but I wouldn't put anything heavier on it. On very windy days, you'll want to keep it at a lower height to avoid shaking. This is a strong, durable, quality product. Looks nice too. Easy assembly, only two parts. The tripod is very stable with phone in any position at any height. There are many options for phone position. Easy to hold as a selfie stick with phone in any position, but smaller hands may have difficlty because of the bluetooth remote. I have never used a selfie stick and did not expect it to be so heavy with my phone on it. It is much lighter if I take the heavy protective case off phone to use selfie stick. I plan to mostly use it as a tripod. The stick is a little tight to extend and collapse. I had trouble extending it for the first use, but it became easier after a few uses. The bluetooth remote was easy to connect and use. Pull out remote, locate tiny slide switch to turn it on, connect phone to bluetooth remote and you can take pictures and record and stop video. Some phones are able to zoom. Remember to turn off remote to extend battery life. I love it!

This is a 2 in 1. There is not a selfie stick and tripod. Very compact and high quality. The remote holder is very nice and you can sync with your phone. Definitely worth the money and it is sturdy.

We got this as a gift for parents who always want group photos at family events! It looks great and the materials are sturdy

I always wanted one of these for when I do my travel podcast! This is so nice and works great!

PROS: --STRONG tripod stand --Well- built %26 very ADJUSTABLE in height --Offers nice, wide photo opportunities that a cell phone on its own does not provide --Compatible with bluetooth connectivity --Makes it easy to take family portraits (and other wide/panoramic photos), so long as you can have someone press the 'take picture' button on your phone CONS: --The only instructions are for how to use bluetooth; there are zero instructions for how to set up the two pieces of the tripod, how to adjust the length of the pole in the center of the stand, or what the two adjustment toggles do/how they work. (And the bluetooth instructions include pictures that aren't of the highest quality as you try to figure out how it works!) --Sometimes it can be difficult to connect to bluetooth, depending on your phone, phone plan, and location --No way to get the picture taken that I know unless physically pressing the button on your phone, meaning you will most likely need a helper

I'll be honest -- I will never in my life use a selfie stick. What I will use, though, is a tripod, especially one that has a remote control to take pics with my phone. And this one is just great! I do have a smaller tripod that will hold a phone, and during the shutdown, I used it to do Zoom meetings via my iphone. But it was relatively short and didn't have any kind of remote for taking photos. This one, however, allows me to position my phone a foot or two above something, at the perfect angle, and then stand back and click the remote to take a pic. My shadow isn't in the way, and the camera holds steady. It's super easy!

It needs better instructions. It looks good, packaged well…but I'll have to try to use it more before I can recommend it.

I'm really disappointed with the QiShi 40" Bluetooth Selfie Stick %26 Tripod. The main reason I bought it was for the Bluetooth remote, but it does not connect with an iPhone at all. I tried multiple times, followed the instructions, and even reset my phone's Bluetooth—nothing. Without the remote, this is basically just a tripod, and not a very impressive one at that. If you're an iPhone user, save your money. Do not recommend.
