This game was such a fun surprise for our family game night! The gameplay is fast-paced, exciting, and keeps everyone engaged the entire time. I really liked that the rules were easy to understand, so we could start playing quickly without spending forever reading instructions. The design and cards are colorful and fun, and the reflex-based challenges make the game feel energetic and competitive in a good way. It's one of those games where everyone ends up laughing and reacting quickly, which makes it perfect for parties, kids, teens, and adults together.
My 6 year old kid loves it. He's been into board and card games recently. Qork brings a new experience to him using the same dice that he is familiar with in other games but with a twist. It wasn't hard to learn for us with the QR code provided. Rules are straightforward.
It took me a few minutes to get acquainted with this game and how it works, but after I figured out how to play it was really fun and my guest enjoyed it. I like that the instructions were clear and my friends that I had over. had a great time playing.
I received this product free to review from Influenster, and it is an absolute blast!> If you are looking for a game that gets everyone laughing, yelling, and moving, Qork is it. The tagline doesn't lie-it is total "dice-rollin', cup-slammin', cork-yankin' fun." It takes less than two minutes to learn, making it perfect for both kids and adults to jump right in. It's fast-paced, a little chaotic, and tests your reflexes in the best way possible. Our family game nights just got a lot louder! Highly recommend if you love quick, interactive party games.
Family game night!! I received the game Qork from Influenster in return for my honest review. We love playing games and the introduction to this game was nothing short of fabulous!! It's interesting that it's been around since 1977, I had no clue! I love the back story of the creator too, him and a couple of his buddies named Qorki and Birger were sitting around in Denmark, drinking wine, while it was absolutely pouring outside. They started playing with the corks from the empty wine and that's the story of how this game was originated! Amazing!! My daughter and I played and sometimes games with two people can be sparse but this was hilariously fun for us!! You've got to avoid points by being quick and totaling 7 on the dice or roll doubles, pull your strings before the cupper captures your qork!! Best part, fake outs are encouraged which had us laughing hysterically! You yank the cork, or slam the cup. We had a GREAT time! Quality time without cell phones is exactly what we love! I like too that this game comes from Walmart, I'll definitely be purchasing this for family members, 5 HUGE STARS!! Thanks Qork & Influenster!
This is a super fun and easy game to play with a family, especially if you have younger kids. The game comes with everything you need including a pad to keep track of the scores and a small pencil. The directions were super easy to follow and even gave pictures as well as what to do in the event of a tiebreaker. Definitely a great addition to your next family board game night.
My kids and I had soooo much fun playing this. It was fast paced and a quick fun game. We were laughing so hard. You have to pull your cork before the cupper can get it. One of the corks did break the first time we played so I do worry a little about the longevity. We'll have to see about that. Overall, we loved it!
I like that this game can include my entire family. With being able to play up to eight players it is always nice to find a game to play more than four people. I also like that it is a reasonably small box game, we like to travel and I am always looking for games to bring along but not take up a lot of space. Eight and up seems right since my nine year old enjoyed playing.
This is a fun fast game that's highly engaging and easy to learn. Great quick reflexes and attention span will help you win. Four stars only because the description on the instructions were pretty poor I had to YouTube a video to understand how to play a range says eaten up I think if you have a kid slightly younger, they would still be able to play The pieces are nicely made, and seem relatively durable for a game that will last for years
What a quirky idea for a board game. First of all, the set up is quick and simple. Secondly, the instructions are short and not long and convuluted, which is always a plus. Lastly, gameplay. The gameplay is built upon fast reflexes and paying attention. You have to pay attention to the dice rolls and be quick to react, so part of the fun is distracting other players so they aren't as quick to react. It keeps you on your toes to be quicker than the dice roller and vice versa. The gameplay is designed for player 8+, but I think eight might be to young to play with players that are older, because the gameplay relies on your eyes quickly seeing the dice roll and quickly realizing the sum of the dice. If all the players are around the same age group it would be okay. I don't think this would be a family night game with younger children as a result. Each person is different though, and this is just my opinion as a parent. Also, this game is designed for 3-8 players. I played this with three players, and while it was fun I think this game would be exceptional with a larger amount of people. Keeping a larger groups attention and reaction speed up would be hilarious. Overall, I found the game fun and engaging. The simple instructions and setup were a plus. I would recommend this game so give it a try!
