this is a great item for the price, if you have an animal that likes to run, or jump fences or cats that are outside at times this is great to use. And unlike air tags or other animal tracking devices or implants they cost money to use, or will stop working due to battery or application stops. You purchase the tag, and follow the instructions for uploading identity on line and that's it. seems great for the price and My Siberian Husky loves to break away and now I feel that she's able to make it home as long as the Human who finds her will be kind and scan her code to call

Who thought of this genius idea?!! Scan the tag with your phone and it immediately dials the owner plus sends the owner an email notification that the tag was scanned and their number was called! Brilliant. Also, purchase and shipping process was easy. I feel much more confident that if anything happens to my baby girl (i.e. pup), she'll get home safely. I will pair this tag with another that is engraved with her name and microchip number for extra safety and security.

I really love these things. They are easy to use. They have a really thick ring to attach them to the collar. I love that if someone scans the QR code you are alerted to their location even if they don't call you. My only concern is how well the QR code will hold up. How long will it last before it is defaced and won't work anymore? Until then I'm very satisfied.

I ordered this tag for my dog and it feels very solid since it is made of stainless steel, the surface is smooth and the engraving looks neat. The best part is the QR code feature, when scanned it links directly to a profile with pet information which makes me feel more at ease if my dog ever wanders off. Setting up the online profile was simple and quick, I just entered the details and it worked right away. The tag is not bulky and hangs well on the collar without bothering my dog. It feels like a modern upgrade from a traditional name tag and gives me extra peace of mind.

This tag is REALLY easy to set up! I'm really impressed with it, honestly! Just scan the QR code with your phone (you can download a QR code App from your Playstore if you don't have one) and create an account. You will be sent a code in your email to verify that your email is correct. Fill in your pets information line by line and be sure to SAVE it. When you're done, using your phones QR reader again, scan the QR code and verify that you have entered your information correctly. You'll be asked for permission to use your location, which you want to allow while using the App. If someone rescues your pet and does this, it'll send you the pets location.

This dog tag helps find your pet if he/she gets lost. The person scans the dog tag and it shows them the pets information. There is no app or app fees. Very lightweight so it's not heavy around the neck. Has all your information for the return of your lost pet.

I would recommend that you put the tag on a keychain instead of the round one it comes with. Both tags came off when my dogs were playing. I had a couple extra keychain rings %26 since I put the tags on there, they haven't fallen off.

Unfortunately as soon as I opened the package the discs popped out of the packaging and rolled away. I was not able to find them because of the miniature size. I've not been able to find them anywhere ever again, so my review is not to buy them. Too small and packaging is not very good.

The tag is sturdy, but the directions are not clear. The front of the instruction packet is printed backwards, so you have to hold it in front of a mirror. Some misprints show it was not written by a native English speaker. It is sold by a Chinese company who will have your personal info if you are successful in signing up. The QR code is not clearly printed. And the website will always know where your dog is.

The QR code is very difficult to read. On my iPhone, I have to zoom in and try several angles until the phone finally picks it up. It doesn't scan easily at all. I believe it would work much better if the QR code was printed on a plain black background instead of the shiny, metallic surface. A matte finish or higher contrast would really help make the code more readable in everyday situations.
