Quacks Family Board Game for Ages 10+, from Asmodee

It is exactly what a friend had recommended. It's going to make a great Christmas gift for my nephew!

Each player gets a bag with ingredients and different ingredient books, without looking you draw an ingredient for your potion from your bag without looking and play your ingredients to win points and earn more ingredients. This game took a minute to set up but came with storage bags for easy storage and organization. Took a little to read and get the hang of instructions but once you start playing the game just flows. It becomes a quick or slow paced game depending on how you play, and each time you play there's different ingredient books making the game always something different each time you play. This was a great 2 player person game that can have up to 4 players making a great game night. Definitely recommend this unique board game for something completely different!

I was surprised they didn't want to get back on screens. That's usually what happens with board games. Took a little while to get the hang of it and understand but once we did it was really fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even begin to say how much fun the Quacks game has been for our entire family. It has quickly become a go-to favorite in our house. The whole idea of being a "quack", mixing ingredients into a potion is just plain fun — there's suspense, laughter, and a little chaos every round, which keeps everyone completely hooked. Even though the box says it's best for ages 10 and up, my 8-year-old picked it up right away and plays really well! That's one of the things I love most — it's easy to learn but has enough strategy to stay interesting for adults too. Every draw from the bag feels exciting, and the mix of luck and planning makes every game different. The artwork is colorful, inviting and fun, the components are great quality, and the rounds move quickly enough that no one ever gets bored. I also appreciate how the game gives you little catch-up boosts if you fall behind — it keeps things fun and fair for everyone. If you're looking for a family game that's smart, funny, and replayable, Quacks is absolutely worth it. It's become one of those games we reach for again and again, and it never fails to bring out smiles and laughter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is really fun to play- lots of way to go, many p poke get involved even though toy play with yourself, and not too long like s👍 me other games. The only downside is that it takes time to learn how to play. He game is a bit complicated which can be frustrating for some people who prefer easy to learn games, but it worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Quacks board game complimentary for my honest review. Played the game multiple times with my 11 year old daughter and 20 year old son. It is a very high-quality game and is a lot of fun. My daughter always won! It is a great value for the money. This is definitely a game I would want in my house. I do think most 10 year old would struggle with all the rules. I suggest reading the instructions carefully before ever playing. The rules are rather detailed. Also, make sure to be organized so you don't lose any pieces. I do recommend this game. We will continue to love it!
