Quacks Family Board Game for Ages 10+, from Asmodee

It is exactly what a friend had recommended. It's going to make a great Christmas gift for my nephew!

Each player gets a bag with ingredients and different ingredient books, without looking you draw an ingredient for your potion from your bag without looking and play your ingredients to win points and earn more ingredients. This game took a minute to set up but came with storage bags for easy storage and organization. Took a little to read and get the hang of instructions but once you start playing the game just flows. It becomes a quick or slow paced game depending on how you play, and each time you play there's different ingredient books making the game always something different each time you play. This was a great 2 player person game that can have up to 4 players making a great game night. Definitely recommend this unique board game for something completely different!

I was surprised they didn't want to get back on screens. That's usually what happens with board games. Took a little while to get the hang of it and understand but once we did it was really fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a cute game for kiddos learning counting and reading. My soon to be 7 year old loved this game. Brewing up numbers and potions. Great for family night. Great detail in the pictures and game pieces as well. Packing was great nothing damaged. Easy to pack up and take with you to families houses .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I really enjoyed playing Quacks. I recommend you get the deluxe version just because the pieces are prettier and more durable. There is a QR code that will take you to a video of the gameplay instructions. I feel it's easier for me to learn a game that way. You need a good size table to play on. The game consists of 9 rounds, but it felt like it went by pretty fast with two players. There are various ways to make the game a little more challenging. We will definitely be rotating this game into our family game nights.

The only downside is that it takes time to learn how to play. He game is a bit complicated which can be frustrating for some people who prefer easy to learn games, but it worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this game but you really have to read all and at first it was very cumfusing to play, it was hard for my kids to play they didnt really understand, but after a while you understand it's really made out of real nice hard cardboard material. Its very nice small box so it doesent take alot of room.
