This is a nice snack to have in your room when you don't feel like trying to get up and move around after two surgeries on your back it's great. I will buy it again.

Skip the fiber one
The fiber oatmeal has made me near incontinent on multiple occasions. Skip this one if possible.

Not tasty
These flavors sound good, but that's about it. The only one worth eating is the brown sugar one, the other two flavors are not good, very bland. I will stick with the lower sugar maple and brown sugar option.

Sawdust or oatmeal?
I love oatmeal but this stuff is like eating sawdust…or shredded cardboard. There is little flavor and the texture is disgusting. Plus the box was delivered to me open.
