Accessibility of product
Been preferring Quaker state for 60 years. This conventional oil is getting hard to find, especially in qts, but Walmart still has it. Use it strictly in my tractors. Whoever thought that Quaker state would be hard to find in Pa?

This fixed my car!
Was overdue for an oil change so I grabbed this and a new filter. Engine sounded like a roller coaster being pulled up an incline. Valves were plugged with particles and crud so I drained every drop on the old oil, changed the filter and dumped this in. 10 minutes of driving and the engine ran like a champ.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Ordered 10w-30 oil, was brought 5-30 oil. Wrong item received!!!

Walmart did not give me item. I was told I would get a refund. i bought item online to pickup at store and I have not been refunded. i was told they didn't have the item. I ended up getting off the car and walked into the walmart store and found the item myself and there were plenty of motor oil bottles of the same item I had requested.

Very poor packing of my items for shipping.
Packaging of this product for shipping was pathetic. Two gallons in a box with scant filler for prevention of shipping damage. One gallon got split open with careless Fedex shipping. Fedex has ruined other orders from Walmart with careless handling and broken items. Not happy with Fedex as a delivery service. I personally would never choose Fedex. Broken jug of oil in the box was drooling all over the delivery area. What a mess. Walmart needs to take more care and package liquid items more carefully. This was a terrible experience with Walmart this time.
