Quaker State Full Synthetic High Mileage 5W-30 Motor Oil, 5 Quart

This oil is going to put the franchise oil lubrication shops out of business. The idea that we still need to change our oil every 3,000 miles is old school and I believe a complete sham. If you take a look at it, Walmart itself does oil changes every 5,000 miles and Walmart's all about policy and procedure so as to avoid litigation and liability. Why, pray tell, would Walmart offer oil changes every 5,000 miles? That's because newer synthetic motor oil is made to higher standards than regular old oil and even though I have not ran a motor for 300,000 miles, Quaker State warrants their product for that period of time, or 10 years. Why? Well, because if you utilize a quality oil filter like the Fram 25,000 mile oil filter, that oil can last for the life of the vehicle, never needing an oil change. Shame on these oil franchises that employ all these characters to change oil when we don't have to do that anymore. Progress has allowed people to figure out how to make better motor oil and they did it. Yet, companies still want to attempt to bilk customers just like the car dealerships that don't do nothing but lie to their customers and charge them an arm and a leg for things they don't need. Quaker State knocked it out of the park with this one.

I chose this as a cheaper alternative than other full synthetics, I normally run more expensive and and filters but this time I used a Fram High Mileage Oil Filter on my Tahoe, and a Royal Purple Oil Filter on my Silverado, but this oil looks great, it increased the oil pressure in both trucks and so far I really like it, first time Quaker State user because it had a bad reputation in the 80's, but I'm assuming it's a quality oil now, god value and quality for the money 👍

My car was losing oil but using a different brand up to almost a court it was losing every thousand miles. My SUV only has at the time maybe about 65,000 miles so I I switched to this oil high mileage and now it only burns up maybe about a half a quart every thousand miles. that puts my vehicle within its range of specs for the SUV.

Have used ****** State motor oil most of my life. I'm 73 and have been changing our vehicles oil since I was a teenager. Pleased with the ****** State brand.****** State usually has the best price for oil, too.

Quaker State has been around for many years. Quality is excellent you cannot go wrong for the price, and it gets shipped to your house have been using Quaker Steak products for years and never had an issue. Excellent in motor oil

My car is almost 15 years old, coming up on 150k miles. I like the high-mileage full synthetic. I am agnostic when it comes to brand. If the price is best at the moment, that's what I'm buying. I don't notice any difference between one high mileage full synthetic and another. None of them have disappointed me.

the quality of Quaker State is well known. and the price is very good at the store I purchased it. yes i can recommend this.

Decent oil for my work beater that burns it. Hate that fedex delivers packages on their sides. This is my 3rd shipment of oil, and every single time the oil is leaking out of the bottle because of poor shipping and handling.

Listen I have been changing my own engine oil for over thirty years and I have never opened a bottle of engine oil of any brand and seen this whitish thick substance when I opened this up. I brought this immediately back to Walmart and got my money back. Let's just say I didn't buy Quaker State again, I went with Castrol this time. I do not recommend this at all!!
