Qualia have qualityproducts overall and this one is no exception. Package size is strange (42 capsules), but if you follow instructions it's perfect dose. As effects goes, I took it in the morning and my energy level was awesome.

Since I took it, dreaming every night with different content. Sleep improves. I think it does provide positive benefits to my mind so that my dreams reflect its benefits. Will take it continuously.

As I have been using NMN for a while I can t really say if this makes a huge difference but I wanted to give it a try. Overall I feel my brain is sharper and I can get a little better focus.
