Qualiazero Kitchen Trash Can, 20 Gallon Stainless Steel Step Garbage Bin with Soft Close Lid, Matte White

DENTED, but this was not the manufacturer's nir Walmart's fault, so I gave the item a top star rating. It works great and looks great in our kitchen, as we smoothed out the dent with a blow dryer and pressed the dent out. Please also note that the item was HALF-PRICE and that's why I gave it a 5, as well. I would not have paid the full price for it. Lastly, the 21 gallon trash bags go on very tightly, so order 25 gallon bags from Walmart.

The lid closes slowly unless lifted to the wide-open position. The wide-open position is useful for when standing over the can, scraping potatoes or carrots. The foot pedal works for most uses. I use standard 30 gallon bags in it. I haven't got around to trying the pack of 20 gallon bags which came with it. The first time I propped the lid fully open, the underside of the lid looked like a mirror. The top of the lid isn't that reflective, but stlll an improvement over the old plastic can it replaced. I'm quite happy with it.

I absolutely love this trashcan. It’s extremely well-made. The open/close mechanism works flawlessly with the nice wide foot pedal. The soft close lid works perfectly. I appreciate that the bag edges are hidden by the closed lid. I got the 21 gallon, stainless finish, which is perfect. It has a smudge resistant finish that actually does repel smudges. There are no negatives for this trash can. It’s functional, pretty, and doesn’t need to be hidden. Highly recommend to anyone.

I am in LOVE with this trash can! The size is perfect. I love that this does not come with the plastic bin (liner) on the inside therefore it gives you extra room. I love the foot pedal and the slow to close lid. The opening of the trash bin is wide and makes it easy to place trash in the bin without getting trash all over the sides or lid.

I love it! Best Kitchen trash can I have gotten. I am 57, gone through many. Shiny stainless steel is beautiful. Lid goes up and down it goes slowly. No slam shut or noise. I find a big plus. The size it perfect for me. I will definitely suggest this can. I also think the way it is made it will last me many years. Bought some stainless steel cleaner to keep it new look for year to come.

Beautiful white metal garbage can. We were looking for a larger garbage can than the standard 13 gallon kitchen plastic can, but we also wanted it to look nice. The white one is super pretty and looks great in our white kitchen. We also love the step on, soft close feature. All of this for a much better price than cans with comparable features. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate!

We use this trash can in our laundry room. It is so attractive and very large for all types of trash. The silver finish is very well done and the bottom step is large for easy use. The soft close is such a wonderful feature which I never knew I would appreciate so much. Several bags are included and we easily ordered more online. The bags stay in place even with heavier trash due to the very nice design. The rounded corners make it even more attractive. The step can is heavy duty and there is nothing to assemble. Right out of the box, this product is ready to go. This step can is one of the best I have ever seen and one that I would totally recommend. We have been using and cannot find anything we don't like about it. I totally recommend this product.

The can was nice however, but as stated by other customers, the can doesn't have a liner. the bottom of the can has slits. because the slits and no liner, if there was a leak it would leak on the floor

Package arrived in timely manner and product is nice, BUT box arrived damaged. As if someone kicked the box-a hole that went through the box and was taped over. We were lucky the product was not damaged because there was no packaging material other than cardboard at top and bottom and a thin plastic bag. With so many things being delivered to homes, why have companies gotten terrible about using any padding inside boxes? Box damage was right above pedal, and so far, the pedal still works. This was ordered as a requested gift and I would have been very disappointed if the can was scratched or dented. Also, though it was on sale, it was originally a pricey item, so I was expecting quality and care in packaging.

It looks nicer and it and holds trash, but it’s thin enough that it makes a wobbly metal noise when the lid is opened. Be aware there are vent slots in the bottom, so if your bag leaks, the mess will leak onto the floor. The biggest problem, however, is that like other reviewers, I am having a difficult time finding a drawstring/fitted trash bag with an opening big enough to fit around the top (that isn’t a black lawn and garden bag). 4 bags came with the can and they fit perfectly, but there was no suggestion where to get more. I bought the 20 gallon glad flex bags and the opening is just. too. small. That’s not the can manufacturers fault, but without bags that fit, it’s not an effective can for trash.
