Quantum Complete Shelf Bin Storage System - 60 Bin

When we ordered this storage bin we were hoping the bins and shelving would be sturdy and they are exactly what we were hoping for. We needed something to hold several heavy hydraulic fittings to keep them organized and when we found this it looked about the right size and truly is. Also the bins are heavy plastic not the light duty type that we have seen before. So if you are looking for something that will handle some weight this should work very good. Just bolting it all together is what takes some time but it was worth it.

I have purchased several of these for my parts business. They take a little time to assemble, but are extremely sturdy and the bins are made of high quality plastic. They ship direct from the factory and usually arrive within a week. I will be buyong more in the future. A well made product!

I purchased two of these units about 7 years ago and they have held up well. My expanding requirements led me to purchase another one last week. I had no issues with this product and highly recommend this product.

The storage shelving unit is perfect for a complete assortment of bolts from 1/4 to 1 inch and still have bins left for other assorted things.. It was nice to divide the bins in half with the dividers. It was a little challenging to get the nuts on the bolts for the initial assembly but I am completely satisfied with the product.

This unit was a pain to install - two people, one with small fingers, will make it a little easier. But the final product is study and I expect that it will provide service for decades to come. I would not hesitate to buy another of these units. Just be prepared for a 1-2 hour build when you get it.

Husband really likes the shelve and bins but 2 bins are cracked along one side seam and no one will call me or message me back to see if we could have them replaced.

This product is nicely constructed and stable once the cross brackets are in place; however, assembly was difficult and time consuming because I have large hands. It should also come with blank labels for the bins.

The product arrived within a few weeks and all pieces were there. The product works and can be used for its intended purpose but it is not a quality product. It is mass manufactured with little to no tolerances. The shelf depth and the corner rail lengths are the only thing built to any actual spec. The 90 degree bends on the shelves themselves were 75-105 degree bends, they were all over the place. The instructions were the same piece of paper regardless of which of their 10 storage systems you purchased. Directions and spacing listed wasnt for what is in front of you, but for every unit they make which made it difficult to follow without planning it out in advance. The biggest issue I had with the 60 bin system was it mentioned bolting the side support braces in the center of the rack. Odd number of holes meant it couldnt be truly centered and while assembling the rack I had to remount the side supports 3 times before I found a pattern that didnt obstruct the mounting of each of the shelves. If cheap, do it yourself construction is what you want then this rack will fit your budget and needs. Once its built, leveled and hardware tightened up it was a good rack, but if quality is what you are looking for then this might not be the system for you. This is NOT an assembly a novice would want to attempt or it could be a tip/fall hazard for your shop.
