Excellent
I have an allergy issues, hives and a possible MCAS. Purchased as alternative of cromolyn and I can feel the benefits already. Also noticed that makes me more calm and positive. But only one capsule daily, noticed that two makes me too sensitive. I give it to my teen son too and I can see that it calms his acne issues, his skin got cleaned. This not contain bromelain so it is a great option if you have some concerns about it because of pollen allergy.

I receive many benefits from this antioxidant as I am immunosuppressed and my naturopath highly suggested I used this product. The package is a good size and I am happy with the brand
