Satisfied with Super Lysine
I started taking Super Lysine during the Covid years. I'm 79 years old and I consider it a factor plus my natural immune system that kept me from getting Covid.

I've taken this particular super lysine for a long time, and it's really helped my immune system! I love it and will continue taking it for the foreseeable future!

Good but not for people with hypertension
I bought this for my mom because she has been having issues with chronic cold sores. Unfortunately I was not able to give it to her because once I received it I realized it's not recommended for people using medication for high blood pressure which my mom does. I didn't realize this prior to purchase so that's why I removed one star, but I ended up using this in addition to my regular vitamins and I feel like it has boosted my immunity
