We used this in our classrooms, in a private school. The quality is good. The magnetic portion is only on the sides, and some brands of markers are easier to erase than others.

The board is significantly bowed and keeps popping its lower brackets because of this.

The board is good overall and is true to the description but the marker tray was def damaged when we received it. I homeschool our kids and will need to use this item daily.

We have been looking for new whiteboards for our school for a long time, and after reading the recommendations, we expected Quartet boards to be a quality purchase. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. While the magnetic feature is very useful, the delivery process has been frustrating. Out of the 12 boards we ordered, we are still waiting on 6. The first two delivery attempts failed because the packaging was sloppy, and several boards arrived visibly damaged. For products at this price point, such careless packaging and repeated delays feel unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. Customer service has also been a problem. It's nearly impossible to talk to anyone directly—you're forced to go back and forth through email, which makes resolving issues slow and frustrating. For a company of this size, we expected better support. The second issue is performance. These boards do not erase well. EXPO markers leave stains behind, and even Quartet brand markers don't erase cleanly, which is extremely frustrating in a classroom setting where we need a clear board daily. We truly wanted to like these boards, but overall we are not impressed. For the money spent, the quality and service should be much better.
