Quartz DIY Wall Clock Movement Mechanisms Battery Powered DIY Repair Parts Replacement

As advertised and received, it was an exact replacement except the stem on which the clock hands attach was not long enough and required a slight modification of the panel on which the clock motor is mounted. Fortunately (Bakelite) the backing could be scraped down to a reduced thickness around the stem hole to cause stem to receive the flat hex nut of the kit received. Had to use the black hands with kit vice ordinal gold as the new stem was smaller in diameter. The old clock is now keeping perfect time again! Good product at a good price. I would buy again!

I love clocks and my mother did also, so I inherited clocks. Eventually some of my quartz clocks wore out, so I bought some replacement parts. These are a good deal and they run quiet and stay accurate. These instructions are easy. The ease of installation was helpful. The design was simple.

Our old clock had completely stopped working, and this replacement was exactly what I needed to bring it back to life. Installation was simple and easy, and as soon as I got it all put together, it took right off and has been keeping great time. It took just a few minutes to get it installed. I did mark it down one star because the hands that came with the kit felt a bit cheap and weren't nearly as nice as the clock's original set. Luckily, I was able to easily swap them out and use the clock's original hands instead, which worked perfectly! Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It was a highly budget-friendly option compared to buying a brand-new clock, and I was able to keep my old clock out of the landfill. Definitely a win-win!

The delivery time was as promised. I am very pleased with the quality of the clock mechanism and the fit into the old wall clock I had. The mechanism and accompanying clock-hands fit perfectly, The install was easy. Would buy again from this seller.

Put in a battery and easily installed to my clock.

battery works but the set of hands are very short and the second hand was so bent when i straightened it, the ends broke off and the center piece wont engage. I have other hands that fit on my old battery mech but they wont fit on this piece of junk for the center piece is off. guess i got what i paid for...

I received the item with the heands bend. It was delivered in a small plastic back. It should be in a cart small box,so the heands It will not be band.

It only works for a few minutes then stops, I reset it, it runs for maybe 10 minutes then stops again. Don't buy.

I was sent the wrong item. It doesn't fit. I am trying to get a refund
