This product is far nicer than expected. The company manufacture even reached out to me to ensure my satisfaction. The quality is exceptional! Great value for the money. It is so very nice that you could probably use it in place of a headboard and no one would know. Of course, using it for the intended purpose as a upright support works too. Very soft and comfortable I put the pictures to show and I do use the neck pillow when I’m watching tv super comfortable idk I like it I have a queen bed with a grey bed frame so I got the grey to match it. All the pillows gave a nice big zipper for easy washing which I have not had the need to use yet but I wanted to show it goes all the way down the length very convenient.

What a great product. The shape is the main reason I bought it. It’s not memory foam and it’s not overstuffed, but it works to lean back on. And the additional neck rolls are great also. We use it in our camper van.

I like the support I get from this with my pillows added when I sit up and a cosey comfort that helps me. And it fills the gap between the wall and the mattress nicely.

This is soft, comfy %26 feels good on my back when I’m reading or watching tv in bed. Good quality and makes the whole room look nicer. I would recommend.

This Pillow does Not expand fully after the forty-eight (48) hours. Days after that one end is more fluffier than the other. It is not true to form. The inside contents of the pillow’s packing is not evenly distributed and there’s a lump still extended on one end of the pillow in the front. Under all of the attached buttons is a dot of red ink, apparently to mark where they, the buttons were to be sewn on. The buttons are not attached well either. It should have been a more firm and more better designed pillow and its packings inside. Perhaps, they packaged it too small for shipping, but I would not buy this pillow again. Not like it looks online. The two (2) reading pillows did Not expand to a complete round bolster pillows either. Not happy with this pillow.

I wanted something more firm, this is a BIG piece even for a twin, and it is too fluffy puffy loose for me. I will keep it and enjoy it but when it comes time to wash the cover (and it IS washable per the ad) I am at a loss. There is a huge zipper that goes around it. YAY! There are also three sets of very large buttons that run through the pillow front to back to give it some shape. Inbetween the front and back is a massive amount of spongy fluff that is what we wanted, right? Here is problem. How can I take the cover off after unzipping if the buttons are not removeable? Would I have to cut them off the pillow and then restring them through the maze of stuffing?

This pillow barely qualifies as triangular. The bottom is only marginally wider than the top and it doesn’t really stay upright on its own. The stitching is sloppy and unattractive around the decorative buttons. The top head rest pillows aren’t what they seem in the product pictures. They don’t connect to the top of the large pillow in any way (no velcro or anything) and they do not even balance on the top on their own. It’s a plus that it even comes with the extra mini pillows because not all similar products do. But still feel that the advertising is misleading.

I was hoping for a nice firm wedge cushion instead this is more like having a regular body pillow just a little longer it's not even truly a wedge and it is way too squishy to be supportive also the two round pillows that seat on top from the way it looked in the pictures they were attached maybe by Velcro or something along those lines but they're actually just loose pillows and since it's not really a wedge more like a full body pillow they do not sit on top and stay so every time you move they just fall off I will see if you're just looking for a really long pillow this might be your thing but if you looking for something to put up against your headboard for firm support while sitting on the bed this is not the item for you I'm really disappointed
