Queen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame with Charging Station & LED Lights – Wingback Headboard, Wood Slat Support, Noise-Free, No Box Spring Needed, Dark Gray

★☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Aiho has been one of the worst online purchases I have ever made. The problems started before the bed even arrived. The order was delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe. When it finally showed up, the shipment was missing the screws required for assembly, making it impossible to put the bed together. After waiting for replacement screws to arrive, I discovered that additional bed components were also missing from the order. To make matters worse, parts of the bed arrived dirty and in unacceptable condition. As a customer, I should not have to deal with delayed shipping, missing hardware, missing parts, and quality issues on the same order. More than a week later, I am still dealing with problems that should have been prevented through basic quality control and order verification. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves its fulfillment and quality assurance processes so future customers do not experience the same issues. Wal-Mart, I would drop them as a vendor. They are horrible for business.

Came the way it was pictured looks very nice and doesn't take up a lot of space only reason I put 3 stars for sturdiness the slacks are kinda flimsy to me so it seem as it would break easily I've only had it 2 days so I may come back with update after it's been broke in lol

This is was easy to put together, only had trouble with putting the side upholstered pieces up due to lack of strength. The bed is very sturdy, is a little taller than the photo but overall a great bang for your buck.

Nice look to pieces of upholstered wood. Not too clunky, but tailored modestly. Neutral color almost reflected the color of my walls which is a subtle sage.

Product arrived damaged. Vendor offered a small credit but it was not acceptable as the damage was too visible. I requested a replacement part but apparently the vendor is not able to accommodate this request. They literally asked me if I could cover the damage with tape. I am requesting a full refund.

looks nothing like the picture. opened box but not put together yet, pieces look very cheap like its not gonna last long. not very happy

we received an entirely different and cheaper bed frame than this one, without the charging station and an entirely differnt style and color

I love this bed, very easy to assemble. Quick delivery and best of all the price was phenomenal. Highly recommended bed.

I like the ease of assembly. I assembled it by myself. The price is great! The it looks nice with the decor in the room b I'm happy with my purchase.

Great bed! Very sturdy easy to put together! Great height! Would definitely recommend! Great value for the price!
